The butler asked us which drink we'd like whilst we checked in and the process was all down swiftly and easily on an iPad. We had a Crystal Lagoon One Bedroom Butler Suite so this came with lots of extra benefits. Upon arrival to the hotel, the staff greeted us and took us straight into the lounge to check in. We'd heard a lot about the Sandals resorts before staying so had expectations but the hotel did exceed these! On arrival into Barbados, a representative from Sandals greets you and gets a private vehicle ready to take you, all very smooth.
