I couldn't use it while I waited because I was not checked in and could not charge it to the room that I did not have. I was offered a very small F&B comp for my inconvenience. I also lost the ability to use my 'free play' because it expired before I entered my room and I was not going to drag my guest and all of our luggage through the casino. I had to cancel a meeting and a reservation because I could not get into my room. This was the third time experiencing this type of delay. I arrived just after 3pm, which is normal check-in time, and almost 3 hrs later I was finally assigned to a room. I have had multiple bad experiences at this hotel but this might have been the worst.
